Mediation Services.

Ms. Ashcraft mediates family law issues, including dissolution of marriage.  In mediation, parties negotiate resolution of their issues without court involvement, with the assistance of a neutral mediator. Mediation usually is less expensive than going to court, and parties have more control over the result.  They can reach solutions that a court would not be able to order.  

Ms. Ashcraft has completed extensive mediation training, including 40 hour programs at each of the following organizations: The Center for Understanding in Conflict;  Northern California Mediation Center; Community Boards.
